Terms

· Minimum length of stay 7 nights · No pets

· Smoking outside only

Rates

· $ 170 CAD per night/ $ 1190 CAD per week for 1 or 2 guests
· $ 20 CAD per night/ $ 140 CAD per week for 1 additional guest · $ 70 CAD cleaning fee

Payment

· 50% of the rate is required to confirm your reservation
· The other 50% are due in full 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, unless otherwise agreed · The payment is accepted by cheque or e-Transfer

Cancellation

· Full refund of your 50% deposit if you cancel 30 days or more before your date of arrival · ALL cancellations are subject to a $50 CAD administration fee
· We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance
